Delivery

ALL OUR PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT AND DELIVERY.

We deliver anywhere in Mainland UK, apart from the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

All in stock items will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. 

A signature is required for Ladybird Toys deliveries.  If you are not at home a card will be left by the carrier for collection at your local office, or you can call them to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with the quality of goods from Ladybird Toys.  However, if for any reason you wish to return any items from your order, we will happily exchange it, or refund your money subject to the conditions below.

1. Goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt.
2. Goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging and condition.
3. In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or have been damaged in transit,  please email info [at] ladybird-toys [dot] co [dot] uk for advice on return or replacement. 
4. We are not able to accept returns of:
   • self-assembled items
   • personalised items
   • special order products
5. We will only refund the cost of postage where goods are supplied in a faulty or damaged condition.
6. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returning non-faulty goods

If you wish to return an item that you do not like then please contact us first by e-mail up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.  You must ensure that the item returned is in perfect condition with all the original packaging.  Upon satisfactory receipt of the goods we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods only, excluding any delivery costs, either by cheque or the original method of payment.  However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us.  

If our courier collects the item then we will deduct a collection fee of £12 from the price of the goods and the balance will be paid to you.
